Pintucks are often associated with Heirloom Sewing especially children's clothes and christening gowns.
 
However they can bring another dimension to other aspects of sewing such as bedlinen, tablecloths, , home furnishings, dolls clothes, and dressmaking.
 
This foot create false tucks by sewing parrellel rows of stitching using 2mm twin needle.
 
The foot helps to space the tucks an equal distance apart and has multiple grooves underneath through which the pin tucks ride as you sew adjacent rows.
 
A 2 mm twin needle is required to use with this foot to create the tucks.
