Supplied with a professional grade high performance foot and easy change straight stitch needle plate. The MC6700P has many user friendly features with beautiful 9 mm wide decorative stitches to impress even the most demanding sewer.
 
Stitches - total 200, including utility, blind hem, stretch, overcasting with a great range of decorative and traditional quilting stitches. There are 9 automatic one step buttonhole and 3 alphabets. (The sewing machine alphabet is 9 mm high, for larger letters you will need a 9 mm sewing machine or embroidery machine or sew them free motion).
 
Stitch number, width and length are displayed on the LCD screen, which also displays the correct foot to use for the stitch selected. Certain functions are also displayed such as mirror image. Can sew upto 1000 stitches per minute.
 
Stitches are easily selected on the touch panel and automatically set to the right length and width. Can be adjusted using the length and width buttons. Maximum width 9 mm, maximum length 5 mm.
 
Easy set drop in bobbin -  Set the bobbin into the case, thread following guide. Replace bobbin cover, as you start to sew the bobbin thread is automatically picked up.
 
Built in Memory - create names or combine stitches to personalise your sewing, create quilt or name labels.
 
Superior feed system (SFS) - a 7 piece feed dog system that stays parallel as it moves up and down. Keeps in constant contact with the fabric which provides better control, whether sewing forward or backwards.
 
One step plate converter - for accurate top stitching, seaming, piecing, quilting and sewing lightweight fabrics. An additional straight stitch needle plate is provided. Easily swapped with the standard needle plate with a push of a button.
 
Long arm - space of 11" (28 cm) to the right of the needle.
 
Drop feed - feed dogs can be lowered for free motion embroidery, quilting, darning and sewing buttons on.
 
Acufeed flex dual - a built in walking foot feeding system - sew through thick layers such as quilts and tricky fabric precision. The dual (wide) foot comes as standard. A single (narrow) foot and additional interchangeable soled can be purchased as optional extras).
A differential adjustment can be made when using the Acufeed flex to offset any stretch or gather that may occur when sewing tricky fabrics.
 
Automatic thread cutter - trims the thread after sewing.
 
Twin needle regulator - adjusts and limits the width of stitch preventing needle breakage on decorative stitches. To be used with a 2 mm twin needle.
 
Mirror image - flip a decorative stitch for ease of sewing or to creative decorative borders.
 
Pattern Elongation - on satin stitches, increase the pattern up to 5 times without compromising the stitch length.
 
Knee Lifter - raise or lower the presser foot without removing your hands from the fabric.
LED lights - total 5 and give a bright clear light on to the sewing area.
 
Adjustable needle position - total up to 91 (dependent on stitch), move the needle to both left and right of the centre position.
 
Adjustable Foot Presser - control how much pressure is applied when the presser foot is lowered onto the fabric.
