Bernina 325 
First in the Bernina 3 series range and is the electronic equivalent of the mechanical 1008. Boasts features such as start stop and needle up down.
 
Stitches - total 97, including 15 utility, blind hem, stretch, overcasting with a great range of 23 decorative, 3 cross stitches and 3 traditional quilting stitches. There are 1 automatic buttonhole and 1 alphabet. (The sewing machine alphabet is 5.5 mm high.
Stitches are easily selected and automatically set to the right length and width for that stitch. Can also be adjusted using the length and width buttons. Maximum width 5.5 mm, maximum length 5 mm.
 
Built in Memory - create names or combine stitches to personalise your sewing, create quilt or name labels.
 
Easy to thread - follow the arrows that guide you down to the needle and the built in needle threader.
 
Bernina CB hook - classic traditional front loading bobbin system that Bernina is renowned for.
 
Drop feed - feed dogs lower for free motion embroidery, quilting, darning and sewing buttons on.
 
Start / stop function - sew without the foot control pedal, ideal for free motion work, sewing for long periods of time, beginners and children.

Extension table -comes with a slide on extension table with measurement markings in imperial and metric and marks where the centre needle position is. A small clear perspex window gives clear vision for changing or rewinding the bobbin with ease. No longer need to slide the table on and off to access the bobbin. The table has no legs it clips on around the free arm allowing the hemming of dresses and skirts easier.
